Heat isolation IMPLEMENTED

Insectoids need a method to get rid of their high penalties on snow (movement in addition to attack), similarly to reptilians. Itd be a more elegant to do that thru a different solution, but I dont have a different idea than giving them a tech similar to the reptilian one.
Id like a different image for the insectoid version, with their exosceleton instead of the scales.
