Plant Symbiosis:
In nature, fungi are known for communicating with plants to warn them of incoming danger. In turn, this allows fungi to receive nutritional or intelligence related benefits.

Fungi in woods terrain receive bonus +2 physical, +3 energy defense, and an additional +3 sight.

Unfortunately the bonuses based on terrain aren't possible with JSONs right now. Such tech makes sense tho. If it won't be codded until we would be adding it in, it could disable the movement drawbacks in forests... I'm not sure if that possible too, but maybe it is.
For that research thing... Can it be their mega? That would fit as the megas are the places where you will be researching most important techs for all races. Tho the tech to unlock it might be quite a drawback, maybe that's good tho. We might want to rethink the concept to make it have some defensive capabilities, also we are thinking about moving, living buildings for myconids, have that in mind.
