Bonus vs electronics (most vehicles included)
EMP on hit (see AoF curse, but 1 turn duration and only on electronic or computer based units)
Literally fries any enemy ships, tanks, or spacecraft. Less damage output, but I think you'll agree the ability to render them defenseless and immobile for a turn is worth it.
