Laser cannon speeder IMPLEMENTED

[Midonik]

A variant of the reptilian speeder made for destroying vehicles. Smaller than the raider speeder, it's harder to hit. It's cannon is built into the hull, instead of having it on a tower, since it's easier to produce and this speeder mainly attacks in ambushes and from the distance, so it doesn't need a turning tower as much.
The images was made by modifying the patrol speeder by me and @Badnorth.
