Minder spies IMPLEMENTED

An insectoid covert ops/chameleon spies equivalent. Is stealth thanks to some sort of a technological gadget. Can stealth technologies.
Minders are the ruling caste in the insectoid society that took away the empress's power. They can use the remainder of hive mind to sent information between each other and to lower caste antmen. Wordless communication makes them excellent stealth fighters.

On the attached image, it's the minder is the dude with a different face, use it as reference.

On the other hand, I see that there is another topic with something similar. Maybe I can draw on their basis a squad of 4-eyed steeds armed with two pistols and this image will go into another?

This image is good for this unit. For mimics, you can use this as base, but give them two handed SMGs instead of those little guns. Kinda like the difference between chameleon spies and normal chameleons (on that note, this unit could have a squad of two, same as chameleon spies and covert ops).
