- antmen empress - the queen of queens, should be a more impressive and maybe slightly bigger, maybe in some armor
- minder general - a leader of minders, a caste of highly intelligent antmen who took the leadership from the empress
- minder scientists
- antmen civilians - I guess why not

Whoa, that spooked me.
I like it, but I think it'd be good to make it look more different from the ant queen at the first glance - the best way to do it is by changing the colour imo. Maybe more red and brown?

It would be funny if the brewers of nectar (as well as the building) had the ability to heal, but put a stun on one turn. It would also be nice if there were several varieties of drinks that would treat, but would impose debuffs, for example: poisonous swill would impose toxins, fiery swill would impose burning.

They have not yet been given stealth armor and weapons, so they just learn to disguise themselves on the ground with the help of improvised means. I think they should be without stealth, perhaps it would be possible to make them with two stages in the likeness of snipers.

Well, Human has a general, so I thought why not add a mini boss to the insectoids. The operator is the head controlling the process of bioengineering production from the caste of supervisors who is sewn to the body of vilebomber with the hand of honey antmen. Although I think this idea is really very non-standard.
As for the guards, Human also has police detachments, as well as various guerrillas, why would the insectoids not have freelance fighters.

The ancient deity of the wormfaces is their progenitor. This species is extinct because of its size, but the remaining ones are considered wormy for the gods. I think he can be given regeneration, vampirism and devouring corpses.
