Hwacha can't go in through buildings FIXED

This is annoying. When a hwacha is surrounded by towns, factories, towers etc. It can't move a single tile! Please fix.

Unless changed recently, I don't think it can go into any transports either, so it is limited to only 2 tile advancement too, which isn't ideal on bigger maps.
I also play an RTS game called Life 8-)
And I also like drinking beer! :D

Yes. It cannot go into any transports or buildings as of yet.
Its a bug - a leftover from different idea.
