Stolen Ambidextria missing UNCONFIRMED

I have managed to be lucky enough to steal Ambidextria tech. During that turn I could build a tower with +30 HP instead of usual +20 HP per worker.
But turn later I was building just +20 again. Turn later again it's +30 again.
I can no more research it as apparently I have it completed. But at least once it didn't have the desired affect of +50% worker ability power.

Any ideas why the buff didn't trigger?

I never face such bug. Be sure you used worker in all cases (not laborer that has lower building rate)

It's a "no upgrades" match, no laborers.
