"Skip" command abused
In multiple multi player games, I have been skipped because I haven't been able to play my turn in time. I am sometimes busy, and cannot play 24 hours a day. We need to stop the overuse of the skip command, as it is intended for skipping players who are not playing their turn at all, not for those who are too busy to play nonstop everyday,

This has been discussed in the "Who skipped my turn?" topic

That's not the same topic tho. Phoenix wants to know "Who Skipped." Which means to effectively not play with them again. It isnt the same as skip turn abuse. There are people who know how to hold back. It's best just to play with them instead.
