Mines damaging planes
Occasionally, I noticed that when flying planes into mines, both land and sea, the plane will stop and take small damage. Noticed this when creating a bomber campaign.

I've experienced that alot too. Aerial units should bypass any other units(aside from aerial and certain enemy units) and terrain decor or obstacle(should move slower on hills). Well, that could help in destroying enemy mines instead of your units stepping on it ir destroying them
The war is inevitable! But what if....

Not much of a problem, just annoying when your Superfortress stops mid air on its way to destroy the Maus that is tearing apart your forces,

Would be hard to program, it means turning mines into a psuedo bridge so that they don't go off when an enemy flying unit is on top of it.
