campaigns and gold... IMPLEMENTED

There are a number of campaigns that don't give you gold bars when you complete them.

Northern Campaign
• Storstrom Bridge Battle
• Masdeno Fort Capture
• Amalienborg Palace

The War to End all Wars
• Invasion of Poland

Cold War
• Operation: Rolling Thunder

Can Turn specifications be put in place for these maps?

As for the northern Campaign...

• Storstrom Bridge Battle- 40 for 3 star, 45 for 2 star
• Masdeno Fort Capture- 40 for 3 star, 45 for 2 star
• Amalienborg Palace- 30 for 3 star, 35 for 2 star

Rolling Thunder should be about 12 turns for 3, and 18 for 2. Plane warfare should be fast enough.
