Hotchkiss jeep time of use

The Hotchkiss jeep should not be producable at the industry one since it production began in 1944-1945. I think it should be a last level industry recon car.

To replace it I found the Peugeot 202 or the laffly 15 S that played the same role for the period between 1939 and 1944 .
