Il-10 have wrong stats based on XLS

I checked its xls and Wikipedia stats and it seems that Il-10 fighter bomber have wrong stats across it's XLS.

I have the v1.203
And it states there that Il-10 should have 9 speed.and 32 HP

yes that is not edited yet due to the better armor and improved bomb load in the balance discussion
