French airplane correction

I don't know where do you take your information about French army in 1940 but they are wrong, Koolhaven aircraft were very few and served colonial air unit. In fighting the Dewoitine D520 was more efficient and the only one able to fight the messerchmidt during battle of France (just before the release of spitfire supermarine). In the game Dewoitine is the weaker airplane that is not historically true moreover when we know that the Koolhaven did not fight a lot during this war.

They probably swapped the stats.

in the xls it is also the case that the d.520 is better than the koolhoven.
