Some Italian tanks are not buildable

Why I cant build some Italian tanks. But I saw it in the version log that it is a new unit not a new mapeditor unit. Example of those italian tanks is the Fiat 2000 and the other one vehicle.

The Fiat 2000 is a WW1 heavy tank that would have been obsolete by the start of the Second World War. If we could add enough WW1 units in game, maybe we could make it buildable too.
The war is inevitable! But what if....

ww1 unit can only be buildable if it really WAS built in ww2.
otherwise only mapeditor unit.

Okay I got it. Thanks. I just thought that fiat 2000 is a new unit
