Trigger effect - restore obj movement

Right now this trigger DOES NOT allow for unit who moved already to move one more time thus it is not working.

[mention]Stratego (dev)[/mention].

I tried to activate it multiple ways i have confirmed that other trigger effect which i have set were working fine so problem is with this effect.
