Coolguy can go inside Rams FIXED

I tested it and was suprised that CoolGuy can go inside rams.

That is weird.
I removed cannot be carried flag, but added canNotCarryMe: non-bridge carriers, buildings except bridge.
To non-bridge carriers category belong: ground transport and water transport. To ground transport category belongs ground only infantry transports, which is the category of rams.
