Hwacha cant go in through buildings FIXED

hwacha still cant go inside buuildings after all those updates..
hwacha can only go inside Mines from what ive seen.

Also to allow access to naval transports would be good too. Since it doesn't have a mobile packed mode like the others it can be rather ponderous to use on big maps.
I also play an RTS game called Life 8-)
And I also like drinking beer! :D

Yes. In one game, my hwacha was trapped for a moment. I had to use clear terrain to get over it.

I was sure I changed it, but ai checked and hwacha in assets still have cannotcarryme set. I'll remove it in the assets.
