Orbital Reinforcements
Towns will gain an ability to use Orbital Reinforcements as a quick self-defence mechanism or an addition to forces. Reinforcements in drop pods will come from space motherships or outposts on standby and will deploy on the planet's surface. This ability will spawn either an anti-tank elite alpha or the basic elite to a targeted tile. Cast range is 3. Orbital Reinforcements is locked behind a tech called Holographic Communication. This ability's cooldown is 16.
