AOG: New random maps needed

We lack maps that use new terrains and decors, as well as neutral units. Toxic, Mars-like, Moon-like terrains, new trees, new plants, civilians and neutral animals etc. I tried making some but I would welcome some more from you guys.

Ones with neutral units are my favourite! Especially when we've got a great pool of neutral units that could prove an interesting threat at both the early game and later game.
I'll give it a try now.
I attempted a half space/half surface map before I hit the forums, but it didn't function too well when I tested it. This should be a lot easier!

Yea there is no way surface and space can work well combined. Please do not make such maps!
The only acceptable variant is a preset tcs map (if there is random tcs then some will spawn in space - horrible!) or skimrish map that has a space ship or something like that surrounded by space. But it would be a little awkward for a random map and also we don't have good sci-fi walls so I'd wait with things like that.

I've got a couple ideas for the space/surface combo problem (like an atmosphere terrain passable by some spacecraft and aircraft) but I'll save discussion for that where it belongs.

I created a random map and submitted using the >android 10 function, called it 'Perilous Frontier.' I hope it isn't too busy. There is a chance TCs can spawn adjacent to hazards, but none that would dominate a player before they got a chance to get on their feet. I hope it is suitable, and would appreciate any feedback if there are opinions.

The map seems fine. It's very small and I was worried about the amount of hazards, but they shouldn't be enough to completely decimate a careful player so it's alright.

Thank you, it's my first time creating a random map, and on my first test my TC and unit spawned adjacent to a carnivorous plant, but I just moved elsewhere and enjoyed the free base defense.

The worst case scenario is that the second or so tc you'd want to capture is next to the vine trap.
But most starting infantry units should survive that.
