I'd been trying to convert a castle belong to ex-player in MP, but it wouldn't go over to mine eventhough its MR was way below 0%.

Report from my scout there were an E. Worker and like 4 Trebuchet inside. Was it a bug or other factor played?

There still quite big chance for such a thing happening.

I recall final conversion chance being
Final chance = unit chance ^(100%/(100% - sum of resistance of targeted units)) ^ number of targeted units.
The last part probably meaning being run for each unit, as if any have inconvertible spec it would surely fail.
If I remember right.
So assuming 70% chance against -225% res and empty castle final chance would be around 90%.

And it's not empty.
If there are 5 units with 0% resist then average chance drops below 60%
If they are all affected by fervor - it drops below 10%.
