Missing cosmetic rewards

I just got my third cosmetic reward that is missing in my acc. 2 skins and a loading screen. I thought it's just a bug on the first and second time but on the third time it happened its now a problem. If the Dev can see this plss fix this.

this happened to me aswell

its a bug where the daily gift (skin) says youve unlocked this skin but when you check the skins you dont own it

so its a skin giving bug: doesnt give skins
