How about banshee instead? Banshee will get an aura with range of 4 that make all enemy unit within range get fear effect and slowing.

Doesn't need. Shade is invincible unit and i don't like invincible unit with aura.
For banshee - she will get i hope soon another usage.

I don't see wraiths in the implemented units so you can add this aura to your suggestion but not to the already existing unit.
