Re: Lay Dead
Interesting, How you imagined it, how it works?
Re: Lay Dead
The skeleton turn to a normal corpse after performing the ability. Then you can press the rise ability to turn it back to a normal skeleton. The skeleton will die if got stepped by unit in corpse mode.

Couldn't just the corpse work?Alexander82 wrote:I like it too! We just need an icon then.
The image would be self explanatory as well.

Re: Lay Dead
I must admit, this is a nifty idea. Unfortunately you would have to decay like most corpses or it would be detected as that one corpse that won't go away

Re: Lay Dead
I don't think it might decay if it was risen from its death to fight for their masters eternally.

Re: Lay Dead
What about it appear like it has a vanishing effect but after this vanishing the unit is simply transformed back to its original form?

Re: Lay Dead
I'm with this. Forgotten? I really feel ambushing enemies right now. It will probably require a new unraisable corpse type, but will certainly be worth it.
I am, indeed, a big Witch King and Middle Earth fan if you didn't notice.
