Madness

A powerful debuff that makes opponent lose control of the target unit, and instead unit attacks friend and foe alike for the duration of the spell(either make it AI controlled and cant be dispelled, but lower duration, like 2,or dispellable, but longer)

Unfortunately it is not possible right now for unit to become temporary hostile towards all units around. You can permanently change unit's owner (to your own or to neutral) but after it is impossible to return unit to its original owner.

Might be a thing later, when unity version is released though. Idea is good on its own.

I though more as a extra colored AI categories, but propably hard to make too

Isn't this similar to a possession spell planned for banshee?

Similar, but not quite, possession gives you full control, madness is unpredictable,and you still could end on receiving end of mad units

Possession spell is simply convert with sacrifice.

Yea, you said that already, point is, possession is permament, and gives full control of unit, while madness supposed to be temporary, opponent loses control of unit instead
