Spell armor

It doesnt need to end as a human tech, it could end simply as a whole mechanic, or spell, idea is adding a new armor Type that lowers dmg of spells, possibly abilities, either through spell, or passive and tech option, if the latter, casters, and anti casters should propably have high passive magic armor, rest have none, or rather low,(elves propably should have high magic armor as a racial bonus)

That was planned but probably won't exist till magic update, when we start working on spells.

Makes sense, when spells start scaling dmg, it would be too op if there is no defence stat
