Looks pretty good so far
That one guy that disappears for 6 months then comes back and keeps doing it over and over.
Have helped a lot with Scaledfolks early development a while ago, also author of Dragons Origin campaign.

Btw, remember that balista style weapon dwarves used in the battle of the 5 armies against the elves? Could we give that to these dwarves?

I think they already have an unit like that planned? If i'm not mistaken. Try snooping around the dwarven units section. I'm pretty sure you'll find one of these there

Sorry to say this but I believe we should put all dwarven sub races on hold.
If a sub race is supposed to fill in a spot were the original race is having trouble then WhY do I see so many sub races in dwarves not doing that?
Gnomes- siege - aren't dwarves originally supposed to be good at siege
Kazadum dwarves - melee - with the upcoming techs this won't be a problem, why does it need to be expanded
Outland dwarves - ranged - dwarves have some riflemen and soon to be sharpshooter, they already have longer range then elves why does this need expanding?
Frost fire clan - magic, melee, cavalry - cavalry may not be a problem soon, melee soon wont, but magic is understandable. This is probably the closest to getting in.
Ironmine dwarves - technology - dwarves are already technologically more advanced then the others.
I suggest expanding the main race before we give them sub races. Dwarves already have 5 suggested ones.
Orcs have sub races yes, but they are apart of the main race as a whole, not an entirely new sub race in itself.
Elves only are getting 2 maybe 3 and they aren't getting that much units.
Humans only have 2.
Undead it's unknown.
Scaledfolk have the same concept as orcs.
Dwarves can have some of their problems fixed simply like orcs do by having one unit fulfil that role.
Right now dwarves need the most units, especially siege, then any other race.
If the time is right for dwarves to get sub races the 2 I would choose is the 2 most ready ones that actually fill in the races weakness. If it's purpose is to combat a specific race then that would make more sense. (Knighthood aura Argentine)
Humans by far have the best setup for how subraces should look and act. One expands to compensate for the races weakness, the other is an anti race.
Elves also have the 2 best setup somewhat, dwarves have too many.

May I asked where you got the concept of good ranged for Outlanders?
Please relook over it and units/structures.
And no one said their is a certain time subs are getting in.
Its whenever Alex ot stratego decides to actually put it in so that isn't a problem.

Also talking with alex he stated some races will have more subs than others

And the sub that IS getting in is gnomes for sure cause Alex the one that said advance stuff like sieges, mechanical, and other advance stuff going to gnomes

Gnomes will have even better siege than dwarves as well as both current zeppelins.
But i put them on hold for now because i am discussing what exactly they can have and because i wait for implementation of some units and techs for main body of dwarves.
About Frostfire:
They will have best cavalry among dwarves.
Their mammoth riders will have 150 hp (10 turn cost though).
Also many units have active or passive but status effect.

Ok, since I couldn't find any team colour on the unit which made it harder to differentiate who's team their on, how's this?
Btw, if the redesign isn't liked, I could just change the original ones shirt colour only.
