What I meant about alliance is that people from different races come together to... probably fight a greater evil, or something?
Fearlessness is not Bravery. If you have nothing to fear, then you have nothing to be brave about.

Sounds like a campaign concept....Good idea, though...
It's better to keep your mouth shut and let people wonder if you're a fool than to open it and remove all doubt...

I don't know how well elves and orcs could cooperate, though...

Probably some sort of united race, like a mix of human, elves and dwarves and a second one made from undead, orcs and dark elves
