strengthen and lambdas don't work IMPLEMENTED

the strengthen spell don't work in bladesinger I don't know if Is the spell issue or unit issue and also lambdas skill don't work in any elf

tested in undead strengthen with that purple unit and don't do anything

The lembas ability worked for me, not sure about the others though.
