Necromancer no buff — FIXED

Is it intentional for the necromancer to be not affected by UD arcane range and power? I don't know but the necro. Is not affected by that tech although he's a caster

Actually necromancer is arcane caster so it is a bug.

Not too much.
It already has lower armor and a bit later, when we will make required images for 3 techs and 2 summons — flesh homunculus and flesh titan — we willgive those to it (temporary alas, until magic update).
Might restrict range of flesh golems summoning to fixed 1-3 tiles alas.
