Bugged game?

Issues in the game itself, so no crash report but anything that works badly / or other way it should- but without a crash.

Game name: Ocean 3 for Jimmy 3.0
Map name: 30x30 Ocean

Bug desc: the game stopped at turns 6 and keep back to turn 2 after end turn. I had send the copy to official email
