Abilities Miss IMPLEMENTED

Issues in the game itself, so no crash report but anything that works badly / or other way it should- but without a crash.

Abilities Miss IMPLEMENTED

In a game in multiplayer all of my abilities missed to buildings and other units than the caster.
Cannon shot miss, Mine Cart Miss, Money Courier Miss, Promote loyalty miss and so on.

yes dev version is not working now - Savra is working hard on it - shall replace the working version into dev?

if u have dev version it might be mistakenly left change about another (unit conversion possiblilty)
now i have updated the dev version - please check if that is working.

Does the 100% Miss bug apply only to multiplayer games? i have latest and tested in campaigns maps - it works. I currently have no multiplayer games where i can take my turn so i can't test it. But earlier when i took my turn Bard Songs were functioning so maybe it is fixed.
