Buff only by sacrifice don't pay off,
cultists are more familiar in some dark magic, and not the best for humans imho. Clerics and sorceress are good for them.
Although,
I'll try to figure smtg out for a monk if you tell me what kind of buff u think "cultists" -should have - fitting to white magic. (Human)
Makazuwr I also have a" pack " of cultists for u, I'll put under the cultists facility if OK?
