I think we should think of a way to do this.
As far as i remember undeads can already convert units. We might just exchange the normal conversion for something like a curse

Probably yes but I like to name the race units that are cursed like "Cursed Orc" and so on, also I really want this to randomized and trained in a building that specialized in doing this like a cursed tomb or something.

The concept is interesting (basically undeads are raised from corpses of any race and class) but the idea of "producing" a particular race of undead might need some adjustment.
We might consider the basic undeads like made from human corpses and make 2 factories called like "elven sepulchre" and "Orcish resting place" that produce specific units that are the undead version of units from those race.
