1. I see elves with higher dodge... Why so low? Do dodges stack if dodge tech is put in place?
2. Remove "Leaves"
3. Name is fine for me.

1. I don't see this image as "elf".
2. Must be trainable only in elf training grounds.
3. Increase dodge counter to 50%, remove other dodges, make him affected by dodge researches.
4. He must be affectable by elven craftsman's researches.
5. Remove enchant lightning.
6. What does "Leaves"?

Technically, Mak, lightning is supposed to keep enemy slow...
Thus Archers can pluck enemies off while Melee units slow them down.
Most veteran units... Are trainable in TCs.

I don't want to see slowing 1 in any way on main body of elven units now. Let's leave this to subs.
Also this way cost can be lowered to 3 turns.

Updated. Image is fine, elves don't always have to look light armoured looking. Besides, veteran units are supposed to stand out.
Oh yes, the leaves was a type error, it was supposed to be lembas but it was changed to leaves.
