Elf hunt ranger - ANSWERED

In the map builder, i saw thus unit called the elf hunt ranger, will it only ever be available in campaign because it has a cost of 0? Hope not because its a pretty cool unit.

It was made per a player request for their campaign, but never discussed as an option for normal gameplay.

It is a quest unit. I think is more like a hero unit.
