Weapon: Voulge (The voulge is a polearm related to simple harvesting tools but turned into a weapon of
war. Having a large, slightly curved slashing
blade on the top, this weapon in the hands of
Voulgiers can deliver severe and oft fatal
wounds to any unfortunate victims. This weapon
is effective against infantry and cavalry.)

very good stats!
how about 2 actions per turn (attack 2x per turn) for better offensive and decrease the current attack to 5 and make a bonus % for all infantry and cavalry

I think they need no p. armor to make them balanced, as archers seem to be their only reliable weakness. (and since this is a basic unit, I would assume it is effected by blacksmith upgrades, so this could ptentially be very op if it starts out with good armor).

Those stats look pretty good, so long as they have some decent bonuses against infantry and cavalry. (with the exception of celtic warrior probably).

I think those stats all look very good now, but we might want to consider making cost 4, since it has double attack. Not quite sure, but what do other people think of the cost?

I tried my hand at editing it: I know it isn't perfect, but what do you think of an approach like this?

Well, the shield looked ok to me, but I didn't understand why a voulgier would have a shield, because a voulge is a large two handed weapon.
