Hi, I heard that AoS Design Leader will add Mounted Samurai and Yari Ashigaru into the game. But depending on japanese units. There are Yumi Samurai(Archer), Tanegashima Ashigaru(Musketeer), and Yabusame(Horse Archer). Then something popped in my mind. What if there also new units called Shielded Samurai, That'll usefull to against japanese projectiles too. So it's balancing right? Also, to fight against Shielded Samurai, we can use Nodachi Samurai that one's pretty heavy sword.

Though Japan did employ shields back then, they also removed it after some time. And they weren't even noteworthy about using shields.

Though their use of shield for their range troops was kinda noteworthy.
