Undead hard AI do have starting tech I they they have like extra attack and armor at the start of the game,but I think that would be a good challenge to players

In general current ud meta is zombie Draco for early game and gravedigger spam and plus some skeleton monterin the mid game ,in the end game full on phantom and apocalypse knight plus the gravedigger you already have to produce corpse

You need to think about map size first and produce the 3 turn mounted scout and compete TV with ud.you need to build a black Smith first and try to level is you scout to level 2 therefore you will have a bit of a advantages.and try to produce some mage in the early game to prevent zombie dragon .

Imperial are not spammeble,they do not do too much damage to most of the front line unit .Their best use is to snipe back lines and that leave they vaunable to enmemy so they are all good

dwarf are indeed very strong in big maps but I did not have a game with a good dwarf player in a long time so I can not say much .

elf is in fact a early game race,will will not be able to win if the game process into medium game and elf do not have a tc advantage.mid game means when player got skirmisher that are can one shot most elf Archer.Other race only need to have a building defence to be able to stop elf from attacking ...
