Machine gun change (Pack/Unpack) OLD_TOPIC
I propose that machine guns can only attack if they are in unpacked mode. This would also make way for LMGS like MG-34 and Bren that can attack without packing. What do you think?

I kinda like it but the game would be static.Shark guy 35 wrote: ↑Sun Oct 04, 2020 11:37 pm I propose that machine guns can only attack if they are in unpacked mode. This would also make way for LMGS like MG-34 and Bren that can attack without packing. What do you think?
I rember the game where we became stale even without this. Also, it didnt really take that much time to set up an MG.

Machine guns have 2 turns, so you would still be able to fire once, unless we can somehow make it so that unpacking doesn't take a turn. The machine gun might still be able to move, but with speed 1.

That must be great but it only would be useful when it has 2 range

We could do that, but to prevent mortars from being underused, they could have the same ability but it would give them 3 range.Gruppenführer Erwin wrote: ↑Mon Oct 19, 2020 7:27 pm That must be great but it only would be useful when it has 2 range
