They are basically auxiliaries for an army

2 turns a random conscript will come out of the Conscription center

I made 3 units for now

Grenader : ( more hp and att Grenader )
Musketman: ( weilding a more enchanced musket)
Pistol: (the weakest conscript but a stronger than other pistol users)

Well, mk-1 was made at ww1, so att granade (i ssupose it means anti tank) would be a little weird in this game
Also, pistol werent used that often for infantry. Just muskets.
Rifle is too late an reserved only for elite units at napoleonic era

They were no foot, pistol only units, maybe extremely rarely if no other equipment was present. So pistol units and flintlock units are out of the question.
Grenadiers were elite and usually very large men who used rifles/muskets depending on the time period. Bombs and grenades were side weapons they used. So they will look similar to rifleman, and act as shock troops, with their grenades being an ability that can be used at short range with high damage. So they should hold a rifle in the image.

Also none of them have team colours, and to change things up a bit some soldiers could have different poses, so it is not just three of the exact same men in one picture, small changes are also good, like in Age of World Wars.
