Any blunt based weapon damage comes more from swing force, than weapon itself. Thus weilding two blunt weapons won't be very effective.
In game terms it would be 6-8 damage with each attack.
Meanwhile getting rid of shield would decrease his hp.

Summing up - not really effective.

15 power withtwo attacks is absurd. Especially with maceman bonuses.
It would mean killing every infantry in one turn. And quitea lot damage to cavalry.

Maybe he used a shot mace,with 6 or 7 damage and bonus gain heavy foot melee not be higher than 30% or 25%,but he gain 1 armor point.
