Let other decide,I dont know. Just think undeds should got warmage,becouse they are one of stronger mages.

Warmages have a different approach than mages. Generally warmages are human since they use their versatility to learn both things (fighting and casting). Generally undeads warriors are mindless summons with some exceptions (vampires, or units like the death knight/spectral knight), so we should think why this unit is able to cast (and is not a mindless animated corpse). That's why i proposed the revenant idea.

Sorry i don't get it. A lich can't lear to fight since he is a dead body and can't train his strength anymore xD
I mean, for the warmage let's choose a unit name/look that makes sense. The unit is ok for the rest

This way,I prefer to make vampire mage,use support magic (mayby also fear speel) and fight. It makes more sense,I think.

Speels:
Buring weapon (self)
Fear
Curse (but if you prefer not,its ok,of course it work after make a tech)
Lifelink (not at himself becouse he is vampire and always got it,but for units at 1 range,of you aggre)
Duble strike (only himself,he will got 1 action point,so he will need this speel. I dont give him 2 ap to make him little weaker than human)
I think we should give him one self buff more

About lifelink for others i don't agree since the point for warmages is autobuffing and, as you stated, a vampire has already lifelink (which is very strong by itself)
Ok for self double strike if he have only 1 action
I would make fear different: instead of burning strike (vampire are weak to fire) i would make fear strike (attacks gives fear on hit)
Curse seems too much (it is the best undead spell and i would leave it to mummy only or at least to full casters)
I would make another buff called frozen blade that will make attacks deal also -1 to speed (non cumulative)
Another buff might be "unholy speed" that gives a bonus to speed
As the basic vampire i would give it the option to transform into bat form (to gain flying while in that form)

I think it should have lower stats or the other vampire will be too weak compared to it.

He has time to learn magic. But he get little rusty in combat,isnt as good as his younger cousins.

Most of those doesn't feel like it was fit, except LifeLink and bat form.
I would like him at least stun his enemies and able to hypnotize to be his ally for 3 turn. Cool down 5
