Nice idea, but i think -1 is a bit too little, i preffer -2. Also, should effect be cumulative? (If so, a -1 is preferable, but i think it shouldnt.)
That one guy that disappears for 6 months then comes back and keeps doing it over and over. :lol:
Have helped a lot with Scaledfolks early development a while ago, also author of Dragons Origin campaign.

maybe it is better a -2/-2 but not cumulative (it might become too high with multiple attack units)
