I'll also point out I actually see heavy use of breeding keep
I believe warfell flying units need 1 breeding keep to exist
But in general humans need breeding keep for any flying units

Breeding keep of humans i feel its a great tower and factory for only 6 worker actions. Was more expensive before, maybe we should go back to that

Increased cost by +1 worker action, to make them slightly more expensive early game
