Scalefolk broken units/abilities

The scalefolk have currently multiple broken abilities that cause permanent debuffs which cant be dissenchanted and remain indefenetly ( comparable to the elf geodryfs earth wrath).

1. The spit poison ability of the hydra causes permanent -3 speed additionally, the not permanent-1 speed from the description of the ability however don't happen.

2. The ice bolt ability of the frostbiter salamander and the and the spit ice and ice breath ability of all draconian frostbite units cause permanent -12 attack for an hit unit additionaly. This buff also stacks, so its rather easy reduce the power of any unit to 0 if abused.

3. The abilities of the Acid maw salamander and caustic dragon cause a permanent mend debuff for the any hit building. This debuff is usually substancial enough that two corosive bites are enough to prevent an building from ever beeing repaired.

4. draconic rage with buff gives (-7% × ap) to heal rate to the unit and after removing that stands permanent buff - heal rate stands higher than it was.
