uk ship: collossus Carrier, but it doesn't fly any planes

The uk has the collossus Carrier, but it doesn't fly any planes. The Nato version of it can fly 4 planes.

Plus, the Elisabeth Carrier says "effect, fly F-35" instead of F-35.
