Berserker Training not in the game?

I can't find it in the help menu, or in the shop, or in-game. Looking at the patch notes, it shows the same image as Contracts, maybe there was some id issue there or something like that? (this was first reported in the in-game chat, but can't remember by whom, I just did a search everywhere it could be afaik and couldn't find it.)

Simply forgot to re-add to buildlist after changes in wagons was undone.
