The waterfall issue.

Put here any ideas, suggestions about redesigning unit/building graphics.

The waterfall issue.

So I have run across the problem of using Cliff Graphics and river/deep water together. When I do, it looks all choppy/ blocky. Any way to get it to look smooth? As to create a Waterfall effect. Or maybe just create a Waterfall Tile Graphic? Feedback would be most Helpful. Thank you. :)

Sorry - there is currently no waterfall in the assets.

If somebody would create static image, that fits cliffs (or some other terrain) and represents waterfall - I'd add it for sure.
Although I am not sure if it would look good.

For it to have an animation - it would need to be added as a unit (just like some stones and trees).

But still - we are lacking an image.

yes for animated version that is good

however i am not sure how far we are for having animated decorations for instance.
as i remember all decoration tiles (also terrain tiles) now use animation objects, but not sure we can define currently in the input.

Thanks for the reply. Very thoughtful input. I shall look into image or maybe create it myself and admit it to the forum.[ Hopefully it can work./b]
