Its obvious
The peasants in AOS to here
But not ALL of them just like 2 or 3 for each race because ALL races need these or at least most races(undead, scaledfolk,and orcs might not need these)
Same stats but different appearance due to different races

Almost but these labourers don't really attack

Its like the militia but no upgrades and various arsenals

Maybe changing the mechanics of people and some simple units will appear from the peasants, that is, a peasant is made in 1 turn, and he can be converted into a swordsman, archer, and so on in 1 or 2 turns

It is in game already... it is goblin spiker counterpart. low cost and stats and no kind of bonus.

I designed the Kobald ghost warrior to be a 1 turn unit being that they usually are sent in before the others to weaken the enemy.

Undead could have a skeleton with a wooden club and could have their corpse be the one without a weapon.

The dwarves could have a dwarven peasant with a makeshift hammer

Actually I was referring to the corpse with no weapons, that's what they would be reanimated from, swordsman would be from the corpse with the sword only.

I figured as much.

Elves could have something like a thrower, that throws glaives:

Being that some throwers don't have bonuses and the elves specialize in ranged, this should be fine, if anything it could be an elf unit that can have the ability to throw a glaive.

I would prefer no 1 cost ranged unit.

Maybe more a staff user, similar to human militia.

Maybe a female elf in that case (I think that all melee ones are nalr now).

I have remade the image to make it look male a long ago (you can check).

I prefer a different design for that unit (since elves have no upgrades and their current units are all different I prefer to use different designs for them).

I can make it later anyway

she'll be affected by dodge too (and then will be probably the best militia in terms of survailability)

Doesn't seem so bad being that elves don't have health upgrades so I guess it makes sense. (Also she can heal herself with lembas wich might heal her all the way being that I doubt her health will be very high.
